Germany: The standard shipping cost is 12.99 euros. Processing time: 2–5 business days. Delivery time: 10–30 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may differ from the usual times stated.

USA: The standard shipping cost is 12.99 US dollars. Processing time: 2–5 business days. Delivery time: 5–12 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may differ from the usual times stated.

No additional shipping costs will be charged for partial deliveries.

3. Delivery Times

• USA: Processing time 2–5 days + delivery time 5–12 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may differ from the usual times stated.
• Germany:
  • Processing time 2–5 days + delivery time 10–30 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may differ from the usual times stated.

The delivery period begins after the conclusion of the contract.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If an item is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.

4. Shipping Service Providers

Shipping is carried out by one of our logistics partners (e.g. DHL, DPD or Hermes). You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

5. Partial Deliveries

Where reasonably acceptable to you, we are entitled to make partial deliveries. You will not incur any additional costs as a result.

6. Transport Damage

Please inspect the goods upon receipt for any obvious transport damage.

If you notice any damage, please report it to the delivery service provider as soon as possible and contact us.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

7. Self-Collection

Self-collection of the goods is not possible.

As a small business within the meaning of Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.
