Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered together;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or in several items;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Petra Körber, Mittelbach 37, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, telephone: +49 151 17860447, e-mail address: office@musikworlds.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you use our return label, return shipping costs of €6.00 will be deducted from the refund.

The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
• for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
