Return and Cancellation Policy

Voluntary 30-Day Return Option

In addition to your legal 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return option within a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

This allows you to register your order for return even after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, up to 30 days after receiving the goods.

This additional 30-day return option is a voluntary service from musikworlds.store and does not affect your legal rights, in particular your 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights.

EU Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right, according to EU Directive 2023/2673, to withdraw your order within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons. You can declare your withdrawal at any time before delivery and up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled as long as the items have not yet been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — in this case, the return policy applies.

Exceptions

The following items are excluded from the return and cancellation policy:

Personalized or custom-made products
Hygiene articles that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Digital content that has already been downloaded

Return Process

To initiate a return, please log in to your customer account and request the return directly via your order overview. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@musikworlds.store.

Please return the goods in their original or equivalent packaging condition.

Return Costs

The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer. After your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return label via email. Please print out the label and drop off the package at a suitable shipping service provider. We recommend shipping with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns. The costs for the return label will be deducted from the refund amount. For voluntary returns, our return conditions and return shipping costs of €6.00 apply if you use our provided return label.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method. The original shipping costs will also be refunded if you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. The costs for the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
